Returns, Exchanges & Refund Policy

Return Window

You may return or exchange items within days (menstioned in the product detail) of delivery.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Unused items in original packaging, with tags intact.
  • Must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Excluded: intimate items, perishable goods, custom orders, or electronic downloads.

Return & Exchange Options

  • Full refund to original payment method.
  • Exchange for a different size/color.

Exchanges and store credit are recommended to minimize returns-related costs.

Return Shipping

  • Customer is responsible for standard return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • We cover shipping costs for items damaged or incorrect upon delivery.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at returns@swabhimanpay.in within the return window.
  2. Include your order number, item details, and reason for return.
  3. We'll send you instructions and a return shipping label (if applicable).
  4. Ship the item back to us in its original condition.
  5. Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refund Timeframe

Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (depending on your bank). A confirmation email will be sent once processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prompt exchange or full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear, swimwear, and intimate items
  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)
  • Software, downloads, and gift cards
  • Final sale or clearance items (marked ‘non-returnable’)

Possible Restocking Fees

Returns not in original packaging may incur a restocking fee of up to 15%.
